MysTree aims to ship your items within five working days of receipt of payment on all in-stock items.  Custom made items may take longer to deliver as they need to be crafted individually.  Please email us for details but be assured that we will inform you of delivery time by email in advance, and give you a realistic timeframe in which to expect your delivery.

MysTree likes to leave as small a footprint on Mother Earth  as possible, and we use as much recycled packaging as we can find.  We would apprreciate it if you could also reuse any recycled packaging you may recieve.

Postage and packing  for the UK is now included in the price, so there are no hidden charges.  What you see is what you pay. We ship the most economical way possible, but if your package is required quickly, please contact us for our next-day delivery charges which will be added to your invoice.

For all orders outside the UK please contact us concerning shipping costs on items as this will vary depending on the weight of the item and the country to which we are posting.

Please Note that we do not accept returns for goods which have been damaged by inappropriate use, nor do we accept returns for goods which have been used.  If you feel the need to return items to us, please inform us first so that we know to expect a parcel, and we will then inform you of the receipt return and your subsequent refund.  And you will be the first to have returned goods to us !
